［摘 要］在对地方税务机关税源信息以及纳税情况进行深入分析和研究的基础上，论文结合需求实际情况，运用软件工程思想对该系统的需求进行深入的分析，使用Microsoft visual studio 2008作为开发工具，C#作为开发语言，SQL server 2005作为数据平台实现一个符合地方税务机关查询税务信息和管理税务信息的一个网络平台——税务信息管理系统。系统为地方税务机关提供一个便利的工作平台，使机关员工工作效率进一步提高；由于该系统为B/S模式，更减少地域性的约束。该系统主要实现信息录入，信息查询等功能。
